OTP Not Received: Troubleshooting

The OTP (One-Time Password) is a special code sent to your email and is required for sign-up, forgotten password and PIN reset. If you requested for an OTP and you didn't receive your OTP, here could be some reasons and how you can fix it:

  • Check Your Network: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and mobile signal.

  • Check Spam/Junk: Sometimes OTPs may land in the spam folder in your mail and you might be checking the inbox. So when you can't find the mail in the inbox, kindly check the spam or junk folder.

  • Wait a Few Minutes: OTPs can sometimes be delayed due to network and internet connection. So give it a few minutes and it will pop up right in your email.

  • Request Again: If after getting a good Internet connection, checking your spam folder and giving it a few minutes, you still didn't get the OTP, head back to the app and click on the “Resend”.
