Sometimes, a withdrawal request on Gowagr may not just stay “pending” it may fail entirely. When this happens, your funds are returned to your Gowagr wallet, and you’ll see a “Failed” status in your withdrawal history.
What Does “Failed Withdrawal” Mean?
A failed withdrawal means your request could not be processed successfully by the payment providers, your bank (for Naira), or the blockchain (for USDT). When withdrawals fail, retry the withdrawal process.
When to Contact Support
If your withdrawal fails repeatedly, kindly take a screenshot of a maximum of two failed receipts and your email address. Contact Gowagr Support via in-app chat or email at support@gowagr.com. The support team will investigate and guide you through resolving the issue.
Note: If your withdrawal is not returned to your Gowagr wallet after it fails, kindly reach out to support with the transaction reference.
