While most prediction markets resolve smoothly, there are times when the outcome is disputed, especially if users believe the resolution was incorrect, ambiguous, or based on unreliable information. If this happens, here’s how to raise a dispute and how we handle it:


1. Contact Support: Reach out to our Support channel directly through the in-app chat or via email at support@gowagr.com. Clearly explain why you disagree with the resolution.

2. Provide Evidence: Share any screenshots, links, or data that support your claim. Kindly ensure that the evidence you bring correlates with the timeframe, verification source and rules of the market. The more detailed your evidence, the faster we can review it.

3. Review: Remain civil when presenting your issue. Our support agents will carefully verify the facts.They compare your evidence with the original market description, rules, and publicly available results from the verification source included in the market summary.

4. Response: Support will get back to you with a clear explanation of the outcome, backed with evidence. If further clarification is needed, support will provide it, as long as communication remains respectful.
