After signing up, you can personalize your Gowagr experience by updating your profile and adjusting your preferences. To do this, tap the More tab, then select Profile & Settings.
This will take you to the main settings page, where you’ll find five categories:

Below is a breakdown of what you can do under each section:
Account Settings
Edit Profile Info: Update your WagrTag and upload a profile photo.
Verify Your Identity (KYC): Complete identity verification using your NIN or BVN. This step is required to enable seamless withdrawals. Select your preferred option, enter your details, and follow the prompts to complete the process.
Logout: Safely log out of your account anytime.
Delete Account: If you wish to permanently close your account, follow the on-screen instructions to delete it.
Privacy & Safety Settings
Change Password – Reset your password if you’ve forgotten it or suspect an unauthorized access.
Change PIN – Request a reset code (sent to your registered email) to update your PIN.
Biometric Security – Enable biometric authentication for enhanced in-app security experience.
Personalized Settings
Block a User – Prevent certain users from joining any wagers you create.
Marketplace Alerts – Set up notifications for your favorite wager categories.
Help Center & Support
Dispute Resolution – Submit a dispute for review if you wish to challenge a wager outcome (mainly for Head-to-Head (H2H) wagers).
Chat with Support – Contact our customer support team for inquiries or assistance.
Follow Us on Social Media – Access Gowagr’s official channels for updates, announcements, and community engagement.

Referrals & Rewards
Referral Dashboard – See and share your referral code to earn rewards. You make $1 when your friend makes at least $5 in deposit and $10 in trades. You can also track the number of people you’ve referred, and the total rewards earned through referrals.
