If you have deposited into your Gowagr account with crypto and it did not reflect despite being marked as successful, here are some reasons why:
Network Congestion: If the Binance Smart Chain is busy, confirmations may take longer. Your transaction might be delayed even if it was sent correctly.
Wrong or Incomplete wallet address: If you didn’t copy the correct deposit address, we will be unable to trace or render any form of assistance with that.
Wrong Token/ Network: If you use the wrong network other than BEP20 (e.g., TRC20, ERC20) or wrong token other than USDT (e.g., BNB, USDC, ETH), your funds will not automatically reflect.
If you fall under any of the above situations here are some things you can do:
Exercise patience: Deposit can reflect instantly, but in other cases, it depends on the blockchain congestion. If it takes more than an hour, reach out to our support.
Check if you deposited into a wrong token/network: You’ll need to file an appeal via email at support@gowagr.com, and note that recovery is not guaranteed and takes 5-7 working days for review.
