If you have deposited into your Gowagr account with your local bank transfer and it did not reflect within 15 minutes here are some reasons why:
Banking Networks: Due to bank processing time, the deposit might take a while before it reflects, so exercise a little patience for like 15 minutes before contacting customer support to help you look into the deposit.
Deposit Reversal: Note that the virtual account will only accept the amount you have earlier entered to deposit. If you are funding more or less than the selected amount. It will not reflect in your Gowagr wallet and the deposit will be reversed.
Deposit into Expired account: Each generated account is only active for 30 minutes. If your transfer takes more than 30 minutes (sometimes due to your bank processing issues), kindly generate a new account number as the previous generated one would have expired. Any funds transferred into the expired account will not reflect in your wallet.

Exercise patience: Deposit can reflect instantly, but in other cases, might take up to 15 minutes to reflect. If it takes more than 10 minutes, reach out to our support.
Check if it is reversed: Check if the deposit was reversed. If you deposited any amount different from the amount you inputted on the app, the deposit will be reversed.
Check if it isn't a double deposit: At this point, it is either you have made a double deposit or you have made the deposit into an expired account. If any of these two is the case, the only way to resolve this is to reach out to the customer support in the app. Inform them of the issue and they will be glad to assist.
