Troubleshooting Pending Naira Deposits

If your Naira deposit has not reflected, kindly reach out to the support. When reaching out to the customer support here are a few things to keep in mind and information to provide.

  • Follow the prompt that best describes your inquiry or complaint. If you do not, attending to you might take more than the necessary time. For instance, you have a deposit issue and you are going through the market resolution prompt, it will result in delay and most times you starting over.

  • You will be asked to provide a screenshot of the deposit receipt. Ensure that the receipt contains all the information including the name of the sender, the amount sent, the time sent and the session id of the transaction. Examples below include images of receipts that are acceptable and those that are not.

  • You will also be asked to copy and paste the session ID of the transaction on the receipt. If your receipt does not contain this session ID, you will have to reach out to your bank for the session ID.

  • Note that if it is a case of double deposit and deposit into an expired account, it will not be reflected in your account, a reversal will be processed by the customer support. This reversal takes between immediately to 7 working days.
