Missing Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are one of the best ways to earn on Gowagr. However, sometimes users may notice that their referral bonuses haven’t appeared as expected.

Here are some common reasons:

  • Sign-up Without Link: If your referral downloaded the app directly or didn’t register using your link, they won’t count toward your rewards.

  • Eligibility Not Met: Rewards are only credited after the referral completes the qualifying action (trading at least $10 on the app). If they haven’t done this yet, no reward will show.

  • Multiple Accounts: If the system detects fraudulent sign-ups (e.g., the same person creating multiple accounts), the referral reward will be blocked.

  • Delayed Processing: In some cases, rewards may take a short time to reflect due to processing or verification checks.

What to Do If Your Reward Is Missing

  1. Double-Check with Your Referral
    Confirm that they used your link and met the required criteria.

  2. Check Reward Timelines
    Allow up to 24–48 hours for rewards to process and appear in your wallet.

  3. Contact Support
    If the reward is still missing after the expected time, reach out to Gowagr support with:

    • Your email address

    • Your referral’s email address

Support will investigate and confirm if the referral was valid and if you’re eligible for the reward.
