Successful Withdrawal but Not Yet Credited

If your withdrawal shows as “successful” on Gowagr but you haven’t received it:

  • For Bank Withdrawals: The funds have already been sent from our end. Please reach out to us via the in-app support channel and we will provide you with the session ID for the transaction. You can then share this with your bank to help them trace and credit the funds.

  • For Crypto Withdrawals: A successful status means the funds have been sent to the blockchain. You can make use of the transaction hash (TXID) to track the transfer on the blockchain (e.g., BscScan). Once confirmed there, the funds have been delivered successfully.

Note: Gowagr cannot reverse nor speed up bank processing or blockchain confirmations once funds have been sent out. The final crediting is handled by the financial institutions.
