Keeping your details accurate helps ensure smoother transactions and stronger account security. Your ability to change account details depends on your verification status. Here's what you need to know:
If Your Account Is Not Yet Verified
1. Go to your Account settings.
2. Complete identity verification using either:
Your NIN (National Identification Number)
Your BVN (Bank Verification Number)
3. During this process, we'll automatically update your profile details in our database to match your official KYC document.
If Your Account Is Already Verified
- Profile details cannot be changed after successful verification
- This includes First/Last name, Date of birth and your KYC document used for verification.
Once your KYC is approved, your verified name cannot be edited for security reasons.
