Unable to Login: Common Fixes

If you’re having trouble logging into your Gowagr account, here are the most common reasons and fixes:

Wrong Email/Password

  • Double-check that you’re using the correct email linked to your account.

  • Re-enter your password carefully (watch out for typos and capitalization).

Google/Apple Sign-in

  • If you signed up with Google or Apple, always log in with the same option.

  • You won’t be able to log in using just email/password in this case.

App Issues

  • Make sure you’re on the latest version of the Gowagr app.

  • If the update isn’t available in the Play Store/App Store, kindly contact Support.

  • Clear your app’s cache/data in your phone settings, then restart the app.
