Each bank deposit on Gowagr requires a unique, one-time account number that is generated through the app. These account details are only valid for a short time (usually 30 minutes) and cannot be reused.
If you try to deposit more than once into the same account:
Only the first transfer will be credited to your wallet.
Any additional transfers will be treated as a double deposit.
You will need to contact customer support to request a refund for the second deposit. You are to provide the following details to the customer support for resolution:
Your Gowagr linked email address;
The session ID;
The receipt showing all the details of the deposit;
Your bank account details (your account number and your names)
Refunds typically take between immediately to 7 business days to process.
Always request new account details from the app each time you want to deposit.
Saving or reusing old account details will result in failed or delayed deposits
